Front Desk Manager

Dubai Crown Hospitality is hiring 1 Front Desk Manager for Dubai. Manage front office team rosters, upselling and guest recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front office team rosters, upselling and guest recovery

• Take part in daily briefings and monthly training sessions

• Support pre-opening and seasonal event operations

• Deliver warm, consistent guest service in line with brand standards

• Coordinate with other departments during peak occupancy

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

• Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or resort is preferred

• Good spoken English; Arabic is an advantage

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
