About this job

Dubai Crown Hospitality is hiring 6 Commis Chefs for Dubai. Prepare ingredients and cook to recipe cards under the CDP.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and cook to recipe cards under the CDP

  • Take part in daily briefings and monthly training sessions

  • Follow food-safety, hygiene and grooming standards at all times

  • Coordinate with other departments during peak occupancy

  • Support pre-opening and seasonal event operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or resort is preferred

  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

  • Neat appearance and customer-first attitude
