About this job
Dubai Crown Hospitality is hiring 3 Front Desk Agents for Dubai. Handle check-in, check-out and guest requests on Opera PMS.
Key responsibilities
Handle check-in, check-out and guest requests on Opera PMS
Deliver warm, consistent guest service in line with brand standards
Take part in daily briefings and monthly training sessions
Report maintenance and guest issues promptly to the duty manager
Follow food-safety, hygiene and grooming standards at all times
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Neat appearance and customer-first attitude
Good spoken English; Arabic is an advantage
Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or resort is preferred
What we offer
Overtime paid as per labour law
Annual return air ticket to Kathmandu
Medical insurance as per local labour law
Free transport to and from work
Food allowance or free meals on duty
Selected candidates will be interviewed in Kathmandu. Contract duration: 2 years, renewable.
