About this job

Muscat Coastal Resorts & Spa is hiring 1 Front Desk Manager for Muscat. Manage front office team rosters, upselling and guest recovery.

Key responsibilities

Manage front office team rosters, upselling and guest recovery
Take part in daily briefings and monthly training sessions
Follow food-safety, hygiene and grooming standards at all times
Support pre-opening and seasonal event operations
Coordinate with other departments during peak occupancy

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Neat appearance and customer-first attitude
Valid passport with at least 2 years validity
Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or resort is preferred

What we offer

30 days paid annual leave

Selected candidates will be interviewed in Kathmandu. Contract duration: 2 years, renewable.
