Muscat Coastal Resorts & Spa is hiring 1 Executive Chef for Muscat. Lead a 25-person brigade across banquet and a la carte outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a 25-person brigade across banquet and a la carte outlets

• Follow food-safety, hygiene and grooming standards at all times

• Deliver warm, consistent guest service in line with brand standards

• Support pre-opening and seasonal event operations

• Report maintenance and guest issues promptly to the duty manager

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

• Valid passport with at least 2 years validity

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Good spoken English; Arabic is an advantage
