About this job
Selangor Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is hiring 12 Welder (TIG/MIG)s for Shah Alam. Weld stainless and mild steel assemblies to WPS.
Key responsibilities
Weld stainless and mild steel assemblies to WPS
Operate production equipment to hit daily output and quality targets
Record production and downtime data every shift
Report defects and near misses to the line leader
Follow SOPs, 5S and lock-out/tag-out procedures
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Valid passport with at least 2 years validity
Factory experience is preferred but not required for operator roles
Basic English or Malay is an advantage

Overtime at 1.5x on weekdays, 2x on rest days
Annual performance bonus
Selected candidates will be interviewed in Kathmandu. Contract duration: 2 years, renewable.
