Production Operator

Selangor Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is hiring 35 Production Operators for Shah Alam. Run assembly-line stations for electronic components.

Key responsibilities

• Run assembly-line stations for electronic components

• Operate production equipment to hit daily output and quality targets

• Take part in continuous-improvement activities

• Work on rotating 12-hour shifts

• Follow SOPs, 5S and lock-out/tag-out procedures

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training provided

• Factory experience is preferred but not required for operator roles

• Basic English or Malay is an advantage

• Age 21-40, physically fit (medical test required)
