About this job
Selangor Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is hiring 36 Production Operators for Shah Alam. Run assembly-line stations for electronic components.
Key responsibilities
Run assembly-line stations for electronic components
Record production and downtime data every shift
Report defects and near misses to the line leader
Work on rotating 12-hour shifts
Operate production equipment to hit daily output and quality targets
Requirements
No prior experience required; training provided
Factory experience is preferred but not required for operator roles
Valid passport with at least 2 years validity
Basic English or Malay is an advantage

Overtime at 1.5x on weekdays, 2x on rest days
Annual performance bonus
Selected candidates will be interviewed in Kathmandu. Contract duration: 2 years, renewable.
