About this job

Falcon Shield Security Services is hiring 2 Security Supervisors for Abu Dhabi. Supervise a team of 20 guards across two shifts.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 20 guards across two shifts

  • Provide courteous customer service to tenants and visitors

  • Respond to alarms and emergencies following SOPs

  • Maintain SIRA / licensing compliance

  • Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activity

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

  • Basic English communication

  • Ex-army, police or APF background is an advantage

  • Height 170 cm minimum, physically fit
