Sakura CareWorks K.K. is hiring 11 Care Worker (Kaigo)s for Nagoya. Provide daily care in a 60-bed nursing home.
Key responsibilities
Provide daily care in a 60-bed nursing home
Support residents with daily living: bathing, meals, mobility
Communicate changes in a resident's condition to the nurse
Record care notes and vital signs accurately
Follow infection control and fall-prevention procedures
Requirements
No prior experience required; training provided
Valid passport with at least 2 years validity
JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic A2 and the Kaigo skills test (or willing to sit)
Kind, patient and respectful toward older people
